> I prefer to use Ko-Fi as method of payment, as it avoids PayPal's fee. You will find my listings there.
However, I can do PayPal directly if needed.


> Please provide a clear reference.
If the reference is in a style too different of my own, I'll interpret the reference my way while I do my best to follow your instructions and respect your wishes.


> DO NOT USE MY ART FOR NFT OR GENERATIVE AI. EVER.
I will not accept your commission and you will be blocked.


> Aside any exceptions I may make, such as book covers, all art commissioned is NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. You may not alter or modify the piece in any way. I retain the rights to the piece.


> The art you commissioned can be used on other websites only if proper credit is given.
If I am on any social media you post it in, you MUST tag me. If I am not, provide my username and social media in the description.


> I will only send the art without a commission watermark once payment is complete.
I will provide screenshots of the work in progress and the final piece watermarked in the meantime to prevent theft.
Glaze and Nightshade will also be applied.


> I do not offer refunds once I begin working on the commission, nor after completion, UNLESS I AM UNABLE TO FINISH.
There has been a large tendency of scamming in the form of requesting a refund after completion of a commission.


> I have the right to deny my services to you for ANY reason, especially if you behave in unpleasant ways, or intend to use my work with malicious intent.
